A tactile, grounded dining space in Aldgate East, London serving borderless, globally inspired food. The restaurant has been crafted with natural and responsibly sourced materials, with this life and the next in mind.

To bring character and soul to a newly built shell, Nina+Co applied a palette of natural and responsibly sourced materials, with a circular mindset. The result is a tactile, layered space that prioritises reuse over excess — a place that is foraged, found and crafted, not manufactured.

Local sourcing and supporting smaller makers and vintage suppliers was a priority. Walls are finished in warm, earthy UK-sourced clay plaster, paired with a deep-textured acoustic spray made from recycled cellulose. Bespoke furniture is crafted from both rescued elm wood — that would otherwise be chipped and burned — and recycled plastic, saving 745kg of medical and food packaging plastic from landfill.
